Working as a group exercise/fitness instructor has helped me live my dream of being able to help people all the while doing something I love.

From an early age, sports and especially dance, have been an important of my life. I began with folk dancing, then progressed to jazz and ballet and also trained in ballroom dancing as well as traditional Indian dance.

When my two oldest children were of Kindergarten age, I decided to take a chance and learn something new in which I could put my previous dance training to use. This is when I first discovered Pilates and enrolled in the Pilates Institute of Hungary. Upon finishing my studies, I began teaching and for several years I worked in different studios teaching mat and reformer classes to groups and private clients in both English and Hungarian. After having my third child, I felt I wanted to continue my education within the sports field and decided to get certified in Aquafitness and Dance Moves. Not long after, I found the Body Factory studio and learned about the Stott Pilates method, which I have since become certified in as well. Learning new things and teaching Pilates is something I genuinely love to do as it gives me the opportunity to really connect with people and help inspire them to better their lives through movement.
